While Lee was not successful, Tyler Graham not getting Region D POY is a joke.

I was surprised to see that too. Didn't see the kid play, but from the looks of things on paper, it sounded like he absolutely tore it up.

I was surprised as well. That said though, I dont have a huge problem with it. Too many times OL get overlooked for these types of awards.

If you didn't make first team, you automatically got put on 2nd team apparently and they done away with honorable mention. I have not real beef with that since they actually got the 1st teams list to acceptable numbers.

I agree that Graham should have gotten POY
The other thing I see is that Kennedy should have been first team WR.

Yeah, no kidding! Way too many people on the second team. In my opinion the all district, region and state teams should have 11 offense 11 defense and K, P, KR, PR, and one Util. player at the most. Putting 30-40 kids on the second team O and D really takes the accomplishment out of it for those who deserve that second team. Put all those who deserve some credit honorable mention. I am not disputing any body that is on any team be it 1st or 2nd. All those kids that I have seen play that are on this team are good football players.

If you don't deserve first team, does second team really matter? It sure didn't mean junk to me when I made it.

Theres no doubt Austin Kelly was one of the best players in the region, but did you see Graham's stats? The kid averaged over 250 yards per game! That is insane.
Graham has consistently put up mind blowing numbers yet has never been rewarded with CMD or Region D POY.
